Lovely place to have a drink, I had an excellent experience here, a very good glass of Gevrey-Chambertin, the bière pression was very good too according to my boyfriend. Excellent Croque-Monsieur, and the waitress was so nice and smiley, and efficient although she was Ali e to serve the terrace. Unlike at “La cave de Venus” DO NOT GO THERE. I’m French but with an English boyfriend and we were treated so badly we left. She was such a nasty caricature of bad French table service I was ashamed to be French. She would not allow me to go to the toilet until I had ordered and paid for my order, we were treated in such a way we were made to feel like we might do a runner. We look like and are decent people so we felt insulted by this silly woman. The girl at “Le Tue Chien” got a massive tip as a result. Go there, you will be treated kindly!!...

Nous avons commandé 2 verres de Gevrey-Chambertin à 16.50 le verre et nous avons été servi sans voir la bouteille ... au moment de payé j'ai demandé à voir la bouteille et la serveuse m'a paru embêtée. Elle m'a repondu d'aller dans la cave en face pour déguster et qu'il y avait de très bons vins. Je lui ai répondu que je ne souhaitais pas déguster car nous sommes à vélos et que je voudrais juste voir la bouteille pour savoir laquelle c'était... même réponse : allez voir en face vous verrez ils sont très bien. Je suis repartie sans avoir vu la fameuse bouteille. Et bien du coup je ne peux m'empêcher de penser que j'ai payé 33 euros pour " peut-être " un autre vin que celui que j'ai commandé. Je ne trouve pas cela...
