I wish I could put zero start! We had a group of 7 people, 4 of which wanted to eat the others just wanted a warm drink. They wouldn’t allow us to sit in the restaurant because not every single one of us was going to eat, and they wouldn’t let us order food to cafe area! Even though cafe and restaurant areas are in the same room!
Very rude person may be manager? Served us at the counter, there was no queue but they kept rushing us with the order, and could not be less helpful in regards to above mentioned issue, very rude talking! Genuinely regret coming here, we are hungry and spent 50euros on warm drinks at that point being rushed by the woman at counter we couldn’t make our mind up to leave fast enough! Forgot to mention that one of us got a waffle with icecream 10 euros, we received a cold, plain flavourless waffle with no sauce or anything and just a ball of icecream on it, werent even sure...
Read moreLovely building to sit at - better outside as the interior decor is a bit “Disneyland”. The food at the restaurant and self-service was not bad. Unfortunately let down by disorganised service. The staff were all very friendly but at one point I saw 8 front of house staff standing doing nothing and they didn’t seem to know which order tables had been seated so you could wait ages for your order to be taken while tables seated 10-15 minutes later were being served....
Read morePersonnel désagréable. On patiente à l'entrée. Arrive notre tour, on nous indique que le restaurant est complet qu'il faut patienter ou aller du côté snacking. On va donc côté snacking. On ne comprends pas s'il faut s'asseoir et attendre qu'on prenne notre commande (deux serveuses avec des plateaux circulent dans cet espace donc la question est légitime) ou bien se présenter au comptoir pour commander. On va donc au comptoir, on pose la question "excusez nous pour commander une Quiche et une salade on s'installe et patiente ou bien on commande ici ?" Réponse "il faut choisir une table et ensuite venir commander au comptoir" Parfait on choisit donc une table et pendant qu'un d'entre nous garde la table, les autres vont commander. On fait la queue. "Bonjour, une Quiche, une.........." "Ah non ça c'est pas possible !" "Pourquoi ?" "C'est le restaurant, ici vous êtes au snack" "Oui mais je vous ai posé la question il y a 5 minutes vous m'avez dit que c'était possible" "Oui ben si vous ne comprenez rien c'est pas de ma faute"
