‼️ horrible . I booked a table weeks in advance for a group. Seated by 12.

Here’s what happened The head waiter was rude, incompetent and a pain to deal with- if you’re understaffed,it’s not the clients fault. There was only one waiter taking orders on the iPad who was nowhere to be seen and when he did show up at the table, he was condescending and actually shouting at us to calm down after we had been trying to flag him down for a half hour We ordered food for the kids first and that took an hour to come- it was horrible. We had to ask for the sauces that come with the food. The drink orders that I went to put in at the bar were messed up from the beginning, they couldn’t even pour out tap beers in time. While getting in the food orders for the adults, they informed us that everything was sold out and the kitchen was closed- while we’d been sitting there for 2 hrs now waiting to put in our order. I never got my order of food, I asked the waiter if he had anything to give me and they said the kitchen was closed. I had ordered charcuterie boards as starters and they came at the end of the meal. Cool conceptual foodie and coffee space.

You can sit inside in three different areas: Downstairs, it’s cafe/restaurant tables and a loungy corner all the way in the back.

Upstairs in the back it’s pretty quiet. Then there’s another area upstairs that’s more party-style. The best spots are outside on a sunny day, lounging around with a good view towards the canal. It’s really cosy inside when the weather is glum though. 

They have really delicious offee, from Belleville Brûlerie. You can order it at the coffee stand ‘Keïli’. You can also choose from a selection of glutenfree cakes and cookies.

Right next to it, there’s a bar for more drinks.

Then you have two food stations, one for fish and the other for meat.

I really love the design, layout and feel of the space, whether it’s busy or not.

There’s a convenient way to order via QRT code while staying at your table - have to try that. I suppose it’s useful when...

Still here (about to leave) after complaining of the terrible food to the person “in charge”. Ordered chicken wings, watery with feathers still attached - absolutely disgusting and told simply “this is how we receive them, we just put them in the oven”, mac and cheese is like rice pudding, again absolutely disgusting and could not eat. I was told no manager working at 10.30pm on a Friday night. The Aperol Spritz was nice but all I can say id DON’T TOUCH THE FOOD, over priced and absolutely disgusting - didn’t eat and couldn’t even give it away. Terrible service, no...
