Le Michet — Restaurant in Bonneville

I didn’t have a good experience at all in this restaurant… When we arrived everything seemed fine, the atmosphere, the waiter, everything… then the cocktail arrived .. It was really obvious that my cocktail was not as filled as the one of my friends. I kindly call the waiter and tell him about the situation. He tries to argue that he was not the one making cocktail blaming another colleague then he goes on and tell me that it might be a difference of ice cubes in the glass. Poor guy didn’t know I counted the number of ice cubes and I had one more that the one of my friend. Then I tell him that he really doesn’t seem to be willing to fix the problem so I tell him I had enough. Afterwards he finally decides to take my glass back to « fix it ». 2 minutes later he brings back the glass EXACTLY the same way it left ! They didn’t even try! They could have added soft water I wouldn’t have noticed but they really treated me like I was a dumb client ! Then I say the bartender looking at my table as if he was proud of seeming me drink the glass even tough he didn’t do anything to fix it. This problem could have been solved right away and it wouldn’t have change my experience. I will never go back to that...

I recently had an absolutely terrible experience with this restaurant. I made a booking well in advance and was really looking forward to my meal, but they cancelled my reservation at the last minute without any explanation or apology. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a good meal to steer clear of this establishment. The staff clearly don't care about their customers, and the food is almost certainly as bad as their customer service. I wouldn't waste my time or money on this place again, and I suggest you do the same. One star is honestly too generous for this kind...

Great amount of food for the price. But if prefer less servings for a cheaper price.

For example, Raclette is €29/person - min. 2 people. The amount of food they gave us was mad!

We practically had a quarter of cheese (photo is just about half of what's left) to start with and a whole plate of charcuterie, plus a big basket of boiled potatoes and a bowl of leafy green. So €58 For all that is decent, but it was waaay too much for 2 people.
