PÈRE LOUIS — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Ordered Uber Eats as the food looked good. Ordered 120€ meal and when delivered 50 minutes later it was a 20€ meal. Driver had taken the code so he phoned the restaurant, they immediately told him to cancel the order (which he couldn't do), they then asked me to drive to the restaurant to get the order (I came to Bordeaux by train hence the Uber eats), they then said they would reimburse the order. So no food for us. No apology. Plus they wanted to cancel the order and not even tell us. Disgusting way to treat customers (they said things like 'they are foreigners and don't understand french' when they were trying to cancel the order without...

qui sont les avis positifs? je me pose des questions... confiant par ces avis, j'avais réservé pour la fêtes de mères à travers the FORK pour faire partager un moment sympa avec mes parents... quel surprise! déjà la carte proposée n'a rien à voir avec la carte sur internet mais surtout c'est un horrible petit établissement bruyant et désagréable, aucun service... oui AUCUN SERVICE !!! vous payez le prix d'un restaurant mais vous devez tout faire par vous même ! un scandale ! et il parait qu'il y a un libre service ... lol en fait c'est une petite épicerie avec un choix totalement inexistant dans lequel vous devez ouvrir vous même vos boites de conserve ! (oubliez pas votre ouvre boite). Et l'attente ... arrivée sans même vérifier qui on était, 30 min plus tard, on daigne nous parler pour nous expliquer enfin ce fameux concept qui consiste à nous faire payer plein pot pour n'avoir aucun service puisque c'est à nous d'aller voir le comptoir pour commander (on est mieux servi dans le café du coin!). Et derrière nous, une famille nous a avoué avoir attendu 2 h pour leur repas! (et je rappelle que c'est un tout petit établissement).

Alors que je pose la question sur la véracité des avis positifs: qui peut aimer payer 18 euros un plat pour vivre une expérience aussi détestable?

En tout cas pas nous: nous sommes partis direct, sans manger, et franchement furieux contre cet établissement qui ne mérite pas autant d'avis positifs !

conclusion: allez manger ailleurs, vous allez payer aussi cher mais pour un vrai service, moins bruyant, et une attente largement plus...

Really bad. They sent completely wrong order for fifth of the price we paid and they refused to send the correct order when challenged on this. Only a refund was offered which left us with no food for the evening after a long day of travelling. It also felt like they were being racist as they kept referring to us as foreigners despite us living in France. I think this probably happens a lot, as they were completely unapologetic and seemed to think acceptable to just...
