Tripletta Chartrons — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Stopped for lunch, pizza ok. Have been travelling around Europe for 5 weeks and today was the second time I've felt discrimated against. We sat down at a table (only customers at this time sitting in the outside dining area as it was overcast) everything was good. Waitress came to take our order, she then told us we couldn't sit there it was a table for 4 and moved us to a very small table. That we understand and accepted even though there were numerous empty tables. Not long after we moved 2 customers (solo diners) came who spoke French were seated at a table for 4 and served. Not good customer service everyone should be...

The Burratina with tomato confites and side of focaccia was right on point. As well, my husband at the entire margherita jambon pizza. We loved our server and his personality with big smile. Tonight was his first night and he answered all our many questions without hesitation. Tomorrow we are going back for lasagna, it looked fabulous. Although this restaurant is off the path of main street in Bordeaux, if you are looking for a hidden gem this would be it. This is pizza not pasta place but very worth it, especially if tired of French/Spanish food....

Nice location, excellent pizza (bread crust was so good crispy and tender). Very delicious eggplant parmigiana.

Negroni, really good and well balanced mix (resisted to reorder one more)

Once our order placed, the pizza and eggplant parmigiana were served super fast : wow! It was busy, it appears they were short staffed that night, they did their best to accommodate the many customers. Despite that, it was worth waiting to order the dessert, the tiramisu tasted great.
