This place in the middle in the island of Saint Germain in Issy-les-Moulineaux is one of only a handful of restaurants on island, but it is a really nice place. The ambiance of the place is quite welcoming and the terrace area is especially nice. It is a nice place to go if you just want a cup of coffee or a drink, but the place is also serves as a restaurant where you can get a proper meal. The staff is super friendly and they do their best to serve you well. Their menu is not particularly special, and maybe a bit on the expensive side, but the food you get is of good quality, it tastes great and it is prepared and presented well. Their daily specials are interesting, and sometimes there are appealing variants of the main menu items, so be sure to check those out before you order. The "interactive" desserts are a nice touch, instead of just providing a dessert menu, they come to your table to show you a tray of all their desserts so you can see what they are and what the serving looks like, and it makes you so much more excited for your dessert once you have chosen. All in all, you'll have a good time...

Cuisine: Bistrot Dine in
ATMOSPHERE Finally visited after wanting to for a while. Cozy and warm inside, with a great spot near the bridge offering Eiffel Tower views—perfect for chilling.
FOOD Ordered two mocktails—tasted like water, which was okay-ish but disappointing for 8€ each. Presentation was decent, but flavor was sadly lacking. After that we didn’t want to have anything else. But it’s not like brunch was an option for some reason.
SERVICE Staff were friendly during our chill session, though service was basic, we were clearly not satisfied but like most of bistrots, nobody cares.
PRICES 8€ per mocktail felt steep given the taste, especially with the cozy setting.
CONCLUSION In conclusion, Monsieur Moulinot’s ambiance and location shone, but the mocktails didn’t match the 8€ price...
Read moreSo incredibly delicious and such an amazing atmosphere. Having lived in the area and then moving away this is a place we will always come back to. Traditional French food, amazing pizza, delicious meats - we have yet to have a bad meal. Great drinks and a good selection of wine and beer. Homemade, fresh and just so ridiculously good (plus a delicious dessert cart and cocktails).
The staff are amazing as well. Funny, polite, and very accommodating.
To top it off the atmosphere is great! Relaxed yet still classy- comfortable and a great place to go with friends and family.
If you're headed there for lunch there is an amazing park right behind, or you can cross the bridge to walk along the river.
All in all- amazing food, great people,...
