Les Sables — Restaurant in Boulogne-sur-Mer

Worst dining expierence of the past few years. Everything was terrible, the service and the food. After waiting 1,5 hours our entrees finally arrives. We understand that it was busy and we didnt mind the wait. However, it was not worth the wait. The fish soup was mjeh and de terrine with fois gras was more a pathé then a terrine. Never seen any fois gras but it was okayish. Not sure why they needed 1,5 hours to slice the pathe and microwave the soup but it was busy(the bowl was warmer then then the soup, so it was def. microwaved. 1.5 hours later the pizza arrived and the pasta. The pasta was overcooked and the taste was mjeh again. Give my 10 year old nephew 15 minutes and he make's something way better. The pizza was a giant mess with way to much toppings. So much toppings that the dough was undercooked. Second time in my life i had to send something back. It was a giant disgrace of a pizza. I didnt want a new one, because i lost all faith in them

The worst thing was, when we sat down, the couple at the other table next to us was waiting for their dessert, they waited 3 hours for a freaking dessert. They said they didnt had their dessert FOUR TIMES to the waiter, which didnt seem to care. 3 hours later, we we're done eating. They where still waiting for their dessert. They just left. Without dessert. They ordered 2 creme brulee. Which we all know, comes from the fridge and just needs 2 min of prep time to burn the sugar. Disrespecfull and a true sign of incompetence.

Most terrible restaurant i've been to in atleast 3 years. Would definitly not recommend. The people saying in the reviews that the pizza is good never ate a real pizza. Typical tourist trap pizza. A real pizza is mostly dough with a tiny bit of toppings. The toppings here are 3 times as thick as the dough. I'll rather eat the cheapest frozen pizza then this mess. I'm prittey sure everytime they make a pizza a Italian person dies in agony.

P.S. my girlfriend got sick when we got into the car 30 min later. She's still feeling terrible 2 hours later an throwing up.

So yeah, do you not feeling like work tomorrow or done with life? Eat here!

Disgrace of a restaurant. 0/10 if i could give a 0. And even a 0 would be more then...

Commençons par le commencement. On arrive à 11h30. La personne qui était là a accepté de nous prendre mais qu'on attende 15min avant le début du service. Je n'ai pas compris car sur google, c'est noté 11h30. Bref, cela n'est pas grave quand on sait la suite du service. Nous nous installons dehors. Rien est installé en terrasse. Déjà bizarre. Ensuite nous commandons 2 pizzas. Comment dire que les pizzas sont immangeable.. La pâte est dure comme du béton et avec un goût infâme de pâte brisé. J'ai fini en larmes devant mon assiette. Ce qui n'est jamais arrivé de ma vie. Le serveur préfère fumer devant nous, pas très professionnel. Nous sommes partis au bout de 5min.le patron n'a pas dédaigner de demander si ça allait. Il a préféré encaissé sans rien dire. C'était mon compagnon qui a payé. Nous sommes partis. J'ai décidé de revenir au bout de 3 min pour lui dire ce que je pensais. J'ai dis clairement la même chose que cet avis et sa réponse " le monsieur il a payé, je n'ai pas eu le temps de lui demander. Nos pâtes à pizzas sont faite au jour le jour. Nous n'avons jamais eu de retour sur les pizzas". Monsieur, vous n'avez jamais cheker vos avis sur google ou tripadvisor. En même temps mon compagnon a été aussi très déçu de ce resto. Il a préféré rien dire que de s'énerver. Pas un geste commercial. Rien. Même un au revoir je n'ai pas eu le droit. Ses amis sont venus. Il a été sauvé par le gong car j'étais prête à être énervé par sa non chalance. Changez de métier. Pour finir, je n'ai rien mangé, 2 bouchés. A voir sur les photos. L'avis est refusé. Pour quelle raison ? Sûrement le patron qui n'accepte pas les critiques alors que son resto laisse à désirer. Il n'y a qu'à...
