It is a small restaurant. The tables are so close and it was so hot and no air conditioning! Le restaurant Louis XI Ă Bourges est une belle surprise. Ici, la convivialitĂ© est au cĆur de lâexpĂ©rience. Le dĂ©cor, dans un style bistrot des annĂ©es 80-90, apporte une touche rĂ©tro trĂšs agrĂ©able, mĂȘme si un petit rafraĂźchissement par endroits ne ferait pas de mal.
Le duo qui tient lâĂ©tablissement est chaleureux et accueillant, et met les clients Ă lâaise dĂšs leur arrivĂ©e. On sent quâils aiment ce quâils font, et ça se ressent dans lâambiance comme dans lâassiette.
La cuisine est gĂ©nĂ©reuse, gourmande, mais sans excĂšs ni nĂ©gligence. Les produits sont de qualitĂ©, bien travaillĂ©s, et la viande est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Mention spĂ©ciale Ă la cuisiniĂšre qui rĂ©alise tout ça dans un espace minuscule â Ă peine 3 mÂČâŻ! Cela explique sans doute pourquoi les frites sont surgelĂ©es et plutĂŽt quelconques, mais on leur pardonne vu le reste du repas, les desserts rien a dire impeccable.
