Came in around 6 on Friday night. Walked in and waited at the entrance (looks like a normal restaurant to us). After 5 minutes waiting we decided to sit where we wanted because we weren't greeted. When seated nobody came to the table, the (sticky) menu cards I picked up myself somewhere.
It seemed chaos in the restaurant, low on staff and the communications between staff looked like a family with issues which resulted in bad hospitality. The manager wasn't dressed such or as employee (the rest did, and looked great). Finally after a staring contest we were helped. Food didn't take to long to arrive and was great. Only the beans where cooked wayyyyy to long. The Pepsi float with icecream and flavours is highly recommended!! Interior looked great, but tables who where finished and gone weren't cleaned.
I read more comments about the staff dating way back. Seems like the don't listening to the costumers.. we liked the food, the interior, but the mood...

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par la responsable. Nous avons commandĂ© une assiette a partager, un menu enfant et 2 autres menus avec la "responsable" et 2 boissons. Notre fille ayant 2 ans 1/2, nous avons demandĂ© le menu enfant en mĂȘme temps que l'assiette a partager. L'assiette a partager est arrivĂ© au bout de 40 minute, nos boissons au bout d'une heure et le menu enfant apres nos propres menus malgrĂ© des demandes multiples. Nous avons mangĂ© puis demande nos desserts qui ne sont jamais arrivĂ© 40min aprĂšs leur demande. Nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© d'aller payer notre adition et avons attendu a nouveau 25min. Temps pendant lequel nos desserts ne sont toujours pas arrivĂ©. Pendant toute la durĂ©e de notre expĂ©rience, la responsable s'est cachĂ© derriĂšre ses boissons, n'a apportĂ© aucune aide a son Ă©quipe mĂȘme quand il n'y avait rien Ă prĂ©parer a boire et n'a pas daignĂ© dĂ©crocher un sourire. Je plains son Ă©quipe ! 3âŹ90 de remise sur une adition a 70⏠non cumulable avec la carte de fidĂ©litĂ©. Quelle sens du commerce par ailleurs. ExpĂ©rience client dĂ©sagrĂ©able. La restauration a des difficultĂ©s Ă recruter mais avec un supĂ©rieur hiĂ©rarchique comme cette personne, cela doit ĂȘtre pire pour votre restaurant.
