O'délices — Restaurant in Briançon

I am writing this review with great anger and disappointment. After I left a comment about the rude and unacceptable behavior of the staff, the owner shamelessly accused me of coming to the wrong place and trying to slander them. In response, I posted a screenshot of my receipt to prove I was indeed a customer — and now I will repeat exactly what happened. From the very beginning, I tried to be friendly. I said “merci” to every staff member who served me. I didn’t expect overly warm service, but the bare minimum would be not walking away with a cold face and saying absolutely nothing. This wasn’t just a one-time incident — it continued throughout the entire meal. When I went to the counter to pay, your staff walked right past me without saying a word, without even looking at me, leaving me standing there like I didn’t exist. Even a simple “Just a moment” or a nod would have been enough. And yet, after treating me with such blatant disrespect and discourtesy, you had the nerve to accuse me of making it all up just to damage your reputation. We loved the food ! Looked gorgeous, tasted amazing and definitely had enough for our stomachs which is too bad because we’d have loved to try their deserts. We’ll be back tomorrow to try them.

Service was perfect also. Served with smile, patience, humour and great vibes !

We ate outside on the terrace and the place was full (not a surprise).

Worth the money ! We definitely recommend !!!

If we had to give one advise, call or come earlier to book a table as the restaurant is full as it deserves !

Thanks to the kitchen staff for the great dishes ! And the rest of the team of course.

Icecream and crepe nice. Service not bad, not good. I wonder why the owner gives me a bunch of ????? after this review. Says enough about this joint. Everybody wants 5 stars, but as a schoolkid I learnt 5 stars are only for God. So 4 stars / 3 stars are ok. Why not 5? The waitress put a bottle of water on the table we did not order but it was on the bill. That's why. So no tip...
