Dreadful family experience. The staff were quite unwelcoming, showing little to no interest in providing decent service. To make matters worse, I found a hair in one of the dishes, and when I brought it to their attention, they didn't even bother to apologize. As for their so-called "paella," it was an abomination - watery rice with some unfrozen seafood thrown in. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment unless you enjoy disappointment and subpar food.

Expérience en famille désastreuse. Le personnel était incroyablement peu accueillant, montrant peu ou pas d'intérêt à fournir un service décent. Pour aggraver les choses, j'ai trouvé un cheveu dans l'un des plats, et lorsque je l'ai signalé, ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de s'excuser. Quant à leur prétendue "paella", c'était une abomination - du riz aqueux avec des fruits de mer décongelés. Évitez cet établissement à moins d'apprécier la déception et une nourriture médiocre.

Para empeorar las cosas, encontré un cabello en uno de los platos, y cuando lo señalé, ni siquiera se molestaron en disculparse. En cuanto a su supuesta "paella", fue una abominación: arroz aguado con algunos mariscos no completamente descongelados. Ahórrese los problemas y manténgase alejado de este establecimiento a menos que disfrute de la decepción y la comida mediocre.

I've edited my review after seeing the owner's response, which says a lot about this establishment.

They served what they called "paella" which was not at all a paella but soupy rice with some seafood. If they had a problem with customers bringing kids and ski gear -- IN A SKI TOWN, btw -- they should say that at the front door and turn people away immediately. What a joke.

Oh, btw, the waiter had brown hair, if that mattered. And why would we put hair on our food, which we honestly didn't want to finish and paid for anyway?

Best place to eat in Briançon. Small cozy place with nice vintage furniture, super friendly personnel and authentic food. Only few dishes available that change regularly, but everything is freshly cooked and really nice. Good selection of wines and digestifs! Highly recommend for those that don’t like typical...
