We came here bc several reviews stated this place is top 10 best burgers in Caen. It didn’t disappoint us at all. The owner/chef was one of the friendliest individuals you’ll meet in all of France. His english is amazing and his passion for his food is palpable. The burgers are top notch even by American standards. Fries are subtly sweet and salty. Buns are fresh and crispy and the burger patty crispy on the outside and soft but firm in the middle. He cuts all the vegetables by hand per order.
