NACHOS - MEXICAN GOOD FOOD — Restaurant in Caen

Excellent experience! We were anxious that ordering the food in french could be difficult, but the owner spoke perfect English with a very nice British accent. He explained everything thoroughly and well, so we understood it perfectly. The staff made it quickly and tasty. The atmosphere was nice, everything is clean and the design is very nice. The prices are neat, especially the students menu is great! 9.50€ for a Fajita or bowl + drink + Nachos is unbeatable in my opinion. We were asked if we want to try the spicy sauce beforehand just to know that it isn't too spicy for us. Good idea! Just been to this wonderful place not expecting much; I have eaten Mexican food in a Mexican restaurant in the UK and wasn’t impressed ( kinda tasteless). Anyway, was I in for a big surprise? The food is absolutely fantastic, service impressive ( very friendly and professional)-serving staff took the time to explain what options were available and he seemed very knowledgeable……. We visited Caen this weekend and popped into Nachos for some water initially, and the guy who was serving us was incredibly welcoming, we walked around the city and decided to go back for food there, just because of how great impression he made on us by being so chatty and friendly! He explained the “system” to us and served us beautifully ensuring we get what we wanted. He made the experience funny and tasty! Would definitely recommended for families!
