McDonald's — Restaurant in Calais

As we were at the end of our weekend in Europe decided that this maccies was a good choice as close to the tunnel and opened at 8am. Our crossing was at 9.15am so plenty of time to have breakfast and get to the tunnel. Food was great, place was spotless, service was fast, efficient and with a smile. Everything perfect except, Google maps said it opened at 8am, we arrived around 8.10am, it wasn’t open and it didn’t open it a few minutes after 9am. I would have gave it 5 stars but the opening let the place down, maybe it was Google that got the opening time wrong but I don’t think so as there was 3 local lads who were waiting for it to open even longer that I did. Opening times need changing or Google needs to know the right opening times. If me as the customer knew the opening times I would have given five stars as everything was...

Arrived after a 6 hour stint driving. Would have preferred to use the facilities BEFORE getting my food but the toilets are behind a code locked door with the code being on your receipt.

Queues for the machines to order and a further 10 minutes or more waiting for food once ordered, only then to leave my food unattended at a table while I use the restroom.

The only other alternative is queue to order, then run to the restroom and hope your order isn't ready by the time you're finished, sat there going cold.

Terrible system, who thought...

I like to they gave me plastic cup and plastic fries cup better than the paper cups,we can save the world with these small steps.Also the food much way better than the London McDonald's,also i got here lot of more fries was fresh and crispy.The burger just better than what i expected to positive way.Was very nice favour tasty .Also the burger menu wich i chosed for,i got two burger's one big mac deluxe and a cheesburger one large fries and a fanta large drink absolutely i liked it.Much way better than Uk McDonald's.Thank you...
