The beef satay was microwaved food - pre-made and heated back up when there is an order. However, it wasn’t heated up perfectly, a small proportion (like 30%) was still cold.
The biggest problem is that the satay didn’t come with any kind of staple food, have to order rice separately (and that’s incredibly expensive for such small portion).

Rushed me through everything, even chosing the food. 10 min later a local couple came and he was an entirely different person. Polite, patient, sweet, even gave them some free treats.
