Min seemed passionate about the Vietnamese food he had at this establishment. The food was already made in the front case. Very dirty and many dead plants. It felt like a whole in the wall so to embrace new experiences we stayed. There is a wood log wall that is beautiful decor but bugs coming off and on the booth. The presentation of food was good but the food not good. My vegetarian bobun was mainly bean sprouts, chicken meatballs tasted like a type of meat never tasted before, curry tasted chalky and old, the beef and vegetables had good flavor, the chicken skewer looked like more coating then meat & the rice was old and hard. There is potential if the location was clean and the dishes were made to order than premade and microwaved.

Came originally for pho but was told it’s not available because it was a Tuesday. The pork spring roll was exceptionally good, despite pre-fried then reheated. The beef satay was microwaved food - pre-made and heated back up when there is an order. However, it wasn’t heated up perfectly, a small proportion (like 30%) was still cold. The biggest problem is that the satay didn’t come with any kind of staple food, have to order rice separately (and that’s incredibly expensive for such small portion). Ended up a €16 meal for one, which is considered pretty expensive in a small eatery like this. It’s much more expansive than the ones in Paris 🥲🥲

Nourriture fraîche, de qualité et parfumée. De bons conseils. C'est très bon. On aime surtout l'authenticité des plats comme le Bo Bun (possible de l'avoir à emporter aussi), vraiment délicieux, et le traditionnel Phó sur commande.

The man that works there was very rude. He told me to hurry up because he has other things to do. Rushed me through everything, even chosing the food. 10 min later a local couple came and he was an entirely different person. Polite, patient, sweet, even gave them some free treats. Rice was a bit old, meat and eggs were ok, everything was microwaved. Small dish for the cost, appetizer size for an entree price. Don’t recommend. Will not...
