We had a good experience here and would recommend it. My boyfriend ordered the 3-course lunch with the beef carpaccio, lamb shank, and crème brûlée, and I ordered the two-course lunch with goat cheese salad and cod.

Our starters were very good - I really enjoyed the soft goat cheese on the salad with balsamic, and the dressing was delicious. He enjoyed the beef carpaccio and appreciated the large, flavorful capers.

The main dishes were also good - the lamb was well-cooked, but it had curry and thyme, and he commented that the flavor combination was a bit odd. The same applied to the cod: very well-cooked, but I thought the very flavorful, slightly spicy pepper sauce overpowered the fish a little bit.

The crème brûlée had a nice creamy texture and satisfying crunch on the surface, but we felt there was too much rose flavor; it was right on the verge of tasting soapy.

A very good, moderately priced, restaurant in Gigondas. A short walk from the center of town. The shady seating was welcome on this very hot sunny day. The La Carte menu featured some interesting salads. We chose the Italian, Poulet, and Chèvre. Each were very different in the types of lettuce and tomatoes used. Just out of the main square of Gigondas, this place is entirely unassuming. We were the first to be seated for dinner, whilst others sat simply to drink. The lack of reviews on trip advisor and Google made us a little hesitant, but we were not disappointed at all.
