Burger King — Restaurant in Carpentras

Restaurant looks quite new and so far also quite clean. We stopped on our travel for some food, ordered 3 burgers, fries, nuggets and drinks to eat outside.

After waiting 25 min on the terrace with our table number we went inside to check. Our food was on the counter along with 4 other trays/orders.

All 3 burgers, the fries, the nuggets and onion rings were COLD! We told them and went outside again. After another 15 min we went inside again to check but the burgers were only warmed up, but still not hot. At least we got fresh fries and nuggets then so we had something to eat while waiting another 10 min and finally got 2 fresh burgers, for some reason also only semi-hot and 1 warmed up one.

Also, I hate to throw away food, but Burger King is not cheap anymore so I want a hot, fresh burger, as I pay for just that.

Reading all the 5 star reviews of the past days, I figured there must be something wrong and when you look at older reviews, you find out quickly that the good reviews are either fake or paid with free ice cream.

After all we lost lots of travel time there due to the long wait and think you need to stop with all these fake good reviews and rather change what has been criticized several...

We stopped by Burger King during our trip for a quick meal, and it turned out to be a satisfying break. The service was too slow due to rush hours and holiday time ,but the staff were friendly.

The burgers were fresh and nicely assembled, were tasty, hot, and hit the spot after a long day of exploring. The fries were crisp and well-salted, and the onion rings were a nice bonus. Our daughter loved her kids' meal, especially the little toy that came with it!

The place was clean and had enough seating, though it did get a bit busy around lunchtime. Prices were reasonable, especially for a convenient meal on the go.

Not a gourmet meal, of course, but perfect when you’re hungry, tired, and just want something comforting...

Je souhaite prendre un moment pour exprimer ma satisfaction lors de ma récente visite au Burger King de Bollène, et en particulier pour le service exceptionnel fourni par Lana. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et une attitude professionnelle qui a immédiatement rendu l’expérience agréable.

Lana s’est assurée que ma commande soit prise rapidement et avec précision, malgré l’affluence. Elle a fait preuve d’une grande patience en répondant à mes questions sur les différents menus et m’a aidé à personnaliser ma commande selon mes préférences, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Ce genre de service attentionné et personnalisé fait toute la différence.

En plus de son efficacité, Lana a montré une véritable passion pour son travail, ce qui se reflète dans son attitude toujours positive et son envie de satisfaire les clients. Elle s’est même assurée de repasser à ma table pour vérifier si tout se passait bien, une attention rare et très appréciée dans ce type de restaurant.

Je tiens vraiment à souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Lana, qui a su transformer une simple visite dans un fast-food en une expérience agréable et mémorable. Merci à elle, je reviendrai sans hésiter au Burger King de Bollène, en espérant recevoir à nouveau un service...
