Best restaurant in Carpentras, we came back two days in a row for the beef pho.
Other than the pho, the onion beef was so delicious! It is tender and flavorful. The texture was perfect.
Not to mentioned, the Vietnamese spring roll is a bomb! Definitely a must try!

Le responsable m’a très mal parlé parc e que je voulais une salade sans surimi j’ai eu le malheur de lui demander 1 pauvre crevette minuscule à la place … il m’a répondu non et c’est comme ça . La salade était malodorante rien n’était frais . Les morceaux de poulets étaient semblables à du chewing-gum … la salade ( en sachet ) et 1 crevette minuscule … j’en ai mangé 1/3 à peine tellement c’était honteux de servir une alimentation comme ça .
