Interesting amuse bouche before our starters set a nice tone. Great food and lovely service. We visited the previous iterations of Le Clos and look forward to enjoying dinner au dehors. We returned earlier this month (Sept) having booked only the day before. One of our party has some challenging allergies. Full marks for enabling her to have pretty much what we did. Absolutely brilliant food, drink and very friendly service. The starter was delicious and quirky in a great way! Relaxed atmosphere and we went two days in a row because it was so delicious. I had the fish dish both days (cod and then sword fish with crayfish). It's a hidden gem as we only came across it when walking to explore the local area as we were staying in Caromb! I only wish that we discovered it sooner or we had a longer holiday to go there for a third...

Beautiful restaurant inside a beautiful house. Service friendly yet professional. We chose 1 of each menu so we could sample a little bit of everything and besides, who doesn't like truffle?! The salmon gravlax as part of the tapas entrée was especially good, along with the beautiful piece of beef on the truffle menu.
