The first thing I must say is that the service - the work and attitude of the waiter in particular - was impeccable. This is the only thing that will keep me civil in my description of the rest of the experience. The food, in short, was horrific. Certainly reheated, it was completely devoid of flavour and absolutely terrible in terms of texture. This was the worst meal I’ve had the misfortune of paying for in decades. Perhaps in all my life. Food is delicious! We found this lovely restaurant in a beautiful location (little street with soft light hanging from the buildings). Especially like the adobe, the steak with asparagus sauce and the platter of Secca (local cured meat, amazing). Personnel agréable mais tenues des serveurs qui laissent à désirer (pantalon et chemise pas repassé, chaussures sales). Secca (charcuterie locale) excellente. Les plats sont très bons aussi, servis avec des frites maison. Gros bémol sur les desserts : je demande s'ils sont fait maison et on me répond que oui. Or, ce n'est pas le cas... Ils sont bons tout de même et leur prix reste correct (5,50€/dessert), mais à quoi bon essayer de me berner... Pas de bol, je suis du métier... Rester honnête avec le client, c'est primordial !!! Autre bémol, la propreté des toilettes en début de service... Laisse à désirer... Malgré du gel désinfectant fourni pour nettoyer la cuvette des WC (ça c'est top), il aurait fallu y donner un coup de propreté avant le service du soir, ceci aurait permis de voir qu'il n'y avait plus de papier toilette !!!
