McDonald's — Restaurant in Châteauroux

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life. We arrived at 11:00 and ordered two small things. There was one customer before us. There were like six people in the kitchen, which is a lot. The first thing they did was make our ice cream, and put it in the fridge (???). After that they helped a lot of customers who came in after us, who ordered a lot more. After HALF AN HOUR they gave us our order. Please note that our icecream had been in the fridge for half an hour at that point, and had obviously melted. When we opened our order we discovered that our fries were old. They had been out of the oil for way too long. I worked in the McDonald's myself, so I know how it works. I saw them turn the timer off, which indicates they should throw the fries away, and leave the fries there for another TEN MORE MINUTES before giving them to us. I think next time we'll...

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ANY COST.

This was single-handedly the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. After visiting locations in over 20 countries, I was severely disappointed here. With barely any people inside we had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be done, just to get a different burger than I ordered and 2 chicken salads without any chicken. They pretended not to understand what we wanted from them when we asked for chicken to be added to the salads, but after pushing for the couple minutes they gave in and took the salads back. It took them additional 10 minutes to bring our salads back with the chicken this time.

Je commence a être lasser qu'à chaque fois que je vais dans votre drive, c'est une catastrophe. Et ce soir ça dépasse l'entendement. surtout que tout ce que vous ne mettez pas ou changer en autres choses, on le paye. donc moi quand je paye quelque chose et qu'on ne me le donne pas, j'appelle ça ni plus ni moins du vol. donc je refait un petit résumé de ce soir. Un menu happy meal. ou il manquait la boisson et ou la compote est devenu des pommes à grignoter. sans compter ni ketchup ni autres sauces pour les potatoes. Ensuite un sandwich avec steak à la place du filetofish. (C'est presque pareil). Ensuite pas de boisson pour le deuxième menu, pas de sauces pour les potatoes en l'ayant rappelé deux fois. c'est quand même dingue d'être aussi incapable pour ne pas arriver a lire une liste. Le problème c'est que c'est a chaque fois. Je comprends que vous faites travailler des jeunes, mais ce n'est pas a nous de payer leur formation. Donc si vous ne vérifiez pas toutes les commandes qui partent, cela veut dire que vous n'êtes absolument pas capable d'encadrer des jeunes . j'espère que vous en prendrez compte et que la prochaine fois que je viendrais dans votre établissement ça aura changer. sinon je pense que je vais finir par être très désagréable. Surtout que ce n'est pas à nous de vérifier votre travail c'est a vous de le faire avant de le donner...
