Visited l'Élan for a social dinner. The place is very nice, and we also were lucky enough to be in front of the kitchen, so we could look at the chef working. The service was impeccable: professional but at the same time friendly. The true star, however, was the food: the poached eggs with mushrooms were absolutely spectacular, as was the duck. Placé juste derrière l'église dans une maison de caractères à colombages. La déco intérieure est très chouette avec une harmonie entre la tapisserie au mur et les couleurs des banquettes, coussins et chaises. Les plats sont fins, goûteux et les vins sont très bons.
