Restaurant Lal Qila Bollywood — Restaurant in Créteil

My husband and I recently dined at Lal Qila Bollywood, located in the Créteil Soleil shopping center. We arrived late and were seated quickly. However, that was the only positive aspect of our experience.

The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a supposedly spicy Madras curry, but it was completely flavorless. It lacked any depth or heat, which is shocking for a dish known for its bold flavors. My husband's lamb dish was equally bland and uninspiring.

To make matters worse, the prices were outrageous. A single dish ranged between 12-15 euros, but they charged an additional 6 euros just for rice! Charging extra for such a basic side dish is unacceptable, and it felt like they were simply trying to exploit their customers. The meal was both overpriced and underwhelming. This restaurant is blatantly overcharging and offering subpar food in return. We left feeling like we had been taken advantage of.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and...

I didnt want to give a star when the employees were ill mannered. Well we ordered food and i told the waiter that the food is for baby and it should not be spicy. He was just saying yes yes .( not interested) The food came tadaaaaa super spicy, burn and with no chicken.he did change my order without asking me. I cancel all the orders and told him we will pay for the cola that we drack

He didn't even apologise and instead was very aggressive and asked us to pay. I told him am going to pay for the cola and nothing more. He started to shout and even the waitresses as well ( very very unpleasant and unprofessional) And trying to be have body contact.I even asked him to call the police but the latter was so busy at shouting and even addressed us "ey ey " Not even sir / Madam.

Then the girl at the bar asked us to leave and even said go away you do not have money.👀👀👀🫣 Seriously ! Anyway I do not recommend...

We had to wait quite a while for someone to take our order. The ambience is nice. The food tastes decent enough but the portions are a joke. I paid 13€ for 3 pieces of Chicken with not even enough sauce for the rice... on top of that you have to pay EXTRA for the rice... 3€ on top of every meal. Options are good but if i chose to order without rice i would have finished my meal in 2minutes or less... Im finished and still very hungry...

Sorry but which grown man will be satisfied after this small portion even less for this price... I am from Germany and I can get a huge Schnitzel with potatoes or noodles for less money... and the portion will be at least...
