À notre arrivĂ©e vers 20h, on nous propose uniquement une table prĂšs d’un radiateur bruyant, avec un accueil froid et peu amical. Nous demandons Ă  changer de place, ce qui est fait, mais une fois installĂ©s, on nous dĂ©pose la carte sans mĂȘme nous prĂ©senter le poisson du moment ni donner la moindre explication, contrairement aux tables arrivĂ©es aprĂšs nous. Nous commandons un menu complet (entrĂ©e, plat, fromage, dessert) ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin, un apĂ©ritif et de l’eau pĂ©tillante. Premier point nĂ©gatif : l’apĂ©ritif (un muscat Beaumes-de-Venise) Ă©tait de piĂštre qualitĂ©. La bouteille de vin nous est ensuite apportĂ©e sans prĂ©sentation de l’étiquette

È stata una esperienza abbastanza assurda per la dissonanza tra la qualitĂ  del cibo e la qualitĂ  del servizio. Abbiamo prenotato con The Fork specificando l'intolleranza al lattosio, e rendendolo noto al cameriere per scrupolo anche a voce. Siamo stati serviti da un cameriere che ha tossito per tutto il servizio. Abbiamo chiesto dell'acqua naturale e ci ha portato una brocca piena di acqua del rubinetto... Abbiamo chiesto due calici di vino rosso e ci ha portato una schifezza imbevibile che abbiamo rimandato indietro per poi portarci un vino altrettanto scadente che non Ăš stato bevuto. Il cibo era discreto nel complesso: Salmone affumicato e insalata di finocchi e spinaci nulla di negativo da dire, il sottofiletto un po' stopposo; per completare il tutto chiediamo l'hamburger ma sul menĂč non Ăš segnalato il formaggio e quindi mia moglie Ăš andata via mangiando solo un'insalata, nonostante sia stato detto in prenotazione e all'arrivo dell'intolleranza. Almeno hanno avuto la decenza di togliere dal conto il vino e l'hamburger, ma non essendo una questione di soldi, la serata Ăš stata rovinata lo stesso. Io non capisco con che criterio un posto con un servizio del genere e un cibo che tutto sommato non Ăš nulla di speciale sia stato inserito sulla guida Michelin, forse siamo stati semplicemente sfortunati e questa era la serata sbagliata, ma comunque non torneremo.
