Taj es un restaurante de comida india en Digne-les-bains. Fuimos a comer en agosto en sala, aunque también tienen terraza. No hay aire acondicionado. El camarero es simpático y nos dejó entrar con un perro pequeño (gracias!). El servicio es correcto aunque tardaron bastante en traer la comida. La comida es casera y está bien preparada en general. Me gustó la pakora de pescado, aunque el pollo tandoori estaba un poco seco. El naan me gustó mucho, el sabor del tandoor y la textura eran perfectos.
