The hotel is nice, big enough and with an exceptional view over the ocean! Considering the situation with a virus, the hotel is good organised. The staff wears masks. Masks are obliged for everybody in the hotel. Some guests dont wear masks thinking they are better than the others. It was not controlled. A room was just specious enough. Standard for 2 adults and a child. With an extra bed. The room was clean. Little attention to a child like a shower gel and a piece of soap and also buisquits. Wc and terasse were a bit small. It was also a little confusion about cleaning a room. The website of the hotel gives an info that the rooms are cleaned every 4 days. Not everyday. To avoid too much passage of the staff in the rooms. So at the 4th day of staying i asked to clean our room as the garbage bins were full etc. They did it. Although wc wasn't cleaned. And the places after the doors weren't vacuum cleaned. (By arrival i saw lots of hairs behind the toilette door). I should remove them by myself. So the next day when we came back to the room after breakfast i met the cleaning ladies again in our room, changing the bedlinnen that was changed a day before. I said it wasn't nessasary to clean the room again as i didnt expect it and i didnt put our personal things away. So it was defenetily bad communication between cleaning staff and the management. The second time they neither cleaned the wc nor vacuum cleaned behind the entrance door. And suddenly one big towel was removed. The rest was ok. Although the shower gel was finished soon as it wasn't refill. Only hand soap was refilled. The breakfast was good enough. Spacious place. Nice view over the ocean. Friendly staff. Parking free. Wi-fi...

Period 16/06/2018 - 01/07/2018 (14 nights) 2 persons Room : Junior Suite Breakfast large choice of fresh fruit, products in enough quantities. Diner : we had half board (due to the large amount of nights we stayed the appetizers (6) remain the same). The main dish and desserts however changed daily always with a choice between meat and fish// sweets and French cheeses. Very high standards are kept by the chef. Room : the only thing we encountered was a broken airconditioning for almost a week (missing spare parts) and due the fact we had a room on the third floor the balcony was rather (very) small, I should even say unusable (was a pity since the same type of room on the first floor has a larger balcony.) Very well equipped bathroom, with both bath and rain-shower.

Staff on both bar - restaurant - reception - cleaning staff were very kind and highly professional.

For the broken airconditioning the reception even offered a fan (a fan with 32degree outside is not...

We have come to this hotel a few times before and absolutely adore the view of the ocean from the balconies…one thing that totally ruins it however are the smokers allowed on the balconies which forced us not to use the balcony and even shut the door to avoid getting smoke into our room. Strange for a hotel which for ecological reasons sets limits on heaters. ||The reception staff when we arrived was friendly and efficient, when we departed and were asked how our stay had been, the woman at reception told us that this was a smoking hotel when we complained about not being able to fully enjoy our balcony.||The restaurant menu is very limited and food is not great. The service at the bar is lackadaisical so it is sometimes best to go and order at the bar. The food variety there is...
