cÔcotte Rotisserie Cogolin — Restaurant in Draguignan

Food was good but the tactics of the owner left a bitter experience. We had ordered our food and we were sitting just staring to eat, out of nothing the owner arrived to the restaurant, when he heard us speak English he approached us and friendly offered if we wanted bread or any sauce (BBQ, Mayo, mustard, etc), so we said “sure”. The surprise was when we paid the bill, each pot of sauce was charged at €2.50, What!? If we had know (no longer had the menu in front of us) we would have never accepted it. The owner made us think it was complimentary and never warned us it had any extra cost. Bad experience taking advantage of tourists not speaking French.

Ps. They did not even bring bbq but simply ketchup instead. We did not say anything as in our heads it was...

In search of a delicious chicken, we came across this small but fine restaurant in the centre of Cogolin. Despite the tiny dining room, the seating is cosy and you're bound to strike up a conversation with the people sitting next to you. The service is friendly and courteous, the manager and staff are funny and extremely likeable. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We had half roasted chicken with an excellent potato gratin. We have no doubt that the other dishes on the menu are also top-notch. When we're in the neighbourhood again, we'll certainly make a detour to this...

Il y a de nombreuses photos de votre compte instagram qui demontre le contraire!!! On peu y prendre 1 verre ! , l acceuil c est reservé aux pro , il y a de nombreuses serveuses qui serait bien mieux acceuillir les clients ! En appel Whatsapp avec ma mere, Il y a quelques minutes, ma maman s'est fait servir un café en terrasse. À notre grande surprise, la gérante, particulièrement désagréable, lui a demandé de partir boire son café ailleurs, sous prétexte que l'endroit était un restaurant !

Ce 17 octobre, à 13h10, le restaurant était pratiquement vide. Une telle attitude, aussi discriminante, est choquante, car elle porte atteinte à son droit de se déplacer librement. Pire encore, aucune mention préalable n'avait été faite lors de la commande, indiquant que le café devait être consommé hors de l’établissement. C’est tout simplement honteux !

Ma mère, qui a 64 ans, a dû faire face à cette gérante dont l'attitude est inacceptable. Elle attendait simplement mon frère qui se faisait coiffer rapidement dans le salon en face.

Une telle conduite mérite un contrôle rigoureux, que ce soit au niveau de l'hygiène ou des pratiques fiscales. Prendre la commande d'un client en espèces, puis lui dire d'aller consommer son café ailleurs après l'avoir servi, soulève des questions quant aux pratiques de cet établissement vis-à-vis de...
