Had dinner here tonight. Nothing special. Service was so so. The food was very disappointing to be honest. The garden is now closed in the evenings as itâs October so we had to eat inside. Itâs my second time dining here. I wasnât impressed last time nor was l tonight. My main course of frogs legs with cream, parsley & garlic was ok nothing special. Everything is served with white sweet potato puree or plain old dull boiled vegetables even though the waitress told me they were sautĂ©ed. We shared a Foie gras for a starter, sadly the brioche was black and had a horrible burnt flavour which over powered the delicate foie gras. We arrived today early and enough though the staff were having their own lunch they still helped us find a table to sit at and have a drink before the restaurant officially opened. AprĂšs une petite mise en bouche lâentrĂ©e Ă©tait, comment dire⊠un vrai plaisir pour les papilles, on aimerait du rabe: un Ćuf cocotte parfaitement cuit avec une nage Ă tomber et du foie gras. Le plat principal : filet mignon de porc sauce aux truffes avec coquillettes ( un peu Ă©tonnant les coquillettes mais dĂ©licieux). Et dessert un choux avec glace au chocolat et fraises fraĂźches. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien prĂ©parĂ© et on sâest rĂ©galĂ© !
