This is a third time in 2 years that we visited this restaurant. After bit of disappointment last year, and excuses of the manager that we came in on a very busy night (?!?!), we decided to give them yet another chance as it is just around the corner from our holiday home and we could take my inlaws straight back in case they get over tired. I do not leave reviews often but I think after 3 disappointed visits it's about time. This place runs on its old reputation. Although it's mid price range, It's definitely over priced for what it offers. My partner ordered half of a lobster as a starter, there was nothing there apart of shell. I had smoked salmon, looked and tasted like prepacked staff from Tesco !! My mother in law had scallops, they were over cooked and presentation was very poorly. I won't even mention dessert... The best thing of that night was our waitress, she was really lovely, helpful and honestly apologetic like she knew that the food coming out from the kitchen is crap. There are better places in the area that you...

We strolled in with no booking yesterday evening (3 Aug 23)and the staff were very friendly, and accommodating! All of us are Australian, so as much as we try to speak French it can be difficult. But the staff here were so ready to converse with us, (speaking great English too) When we enquired about gluten free options, the waitress went above and beyond in helping us out. As one of our group is coeliac, they had envisaged a simple salad, but in the end they had a wonderful tuna steak with vegetable meal, (see photos) - which was absolutely delicious, along with a pannacotta cottage gf dessert again amazing! The rest of us had a tomahawk (very very nice), and Saltimbocca, which was excellent, and a seafood pasta, all fab. The prices aren't super cheap, but we thought it was well worth it!! Gorgeous views, wonderfully decorated, clean toilets. Totally...

Really cool boho chic place for dinner on the pier. The veal tomahawk turned out to be a giant pork chop, so no complaints, just a pleasant surprise either way. Being the kid of a Frenchie, I had a list of foods to eat on my French tour, and the Frois Gras here checked one of those boxes! Fresh and no fillers with a neat presentation. I subed the buttered toast with the grain bread from the basket ;). The table Rhone glass of wine was a great pair with both dishes. 👌

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant unter neuem Management. Toller freundlicher Service! Unsere Weine waren sehr lecker.
