Papy Burger — Restaurant in Draguignan

Decided to try Papy Burger cause it looked good, but we were disappointed at the service of the boys behind the paypoint. We ordered two burgers with fries and two beers. We had to ask for a bottle opener and opened the beers ourselves, while they watched (not offering to help) Then we sat outside waiting for our order, after 15/20 minutes of waiting we walked inside to ask where our order was, only to find it sitting on the side getting cold. No one alerted us that the food was ready, we weren’t given a receipt of our order that was paid for and we weren’t given a buzzer to alert us. Only for the boy at the pay point to have an attitude/ obviously didn’t care that we paid 47€ for such a simple order…. I definitely would not recommend. Service terrible and the actual burger wasn’t that great. Tourist trap/overrated/under...

I enjoyed the Papy Burger (though quite expensive at €13.50) but was disappointed with the small number of fries you get - €4 for a paper corner. I was let down by the inattentive service and didn’t feel particularly valued or welcomed. The guy was more interested in talking to his workmates than serving me. A business which clearly takes customers for granted. I wasn’t expecting restaurant standards, and certainly didn’t get them, yet paid the restaurant price. I live just down the street, and I'm so happy they started doing business here about a decade ago! Honestly the best burger in the whole world. Quality beef, excellent preparation, and really great service. If you end up waking up early enough one day, they start serving breakfast at 7 as well 😂😆. Seb is a real comedian... The whole team offers personal service with a smile 😁 Quite an upgrade from the old Total Gas station we used...
