La Terrasse — Restaurant in Draguignan

I was so excited to visit La Terrasse, I made a point to book a reservation in advance. When we got there the atmosphere and food were great. One of the servers who served us from mains to the check was lovely however my own experience was ruined from the start. When we got there we were walked to our table. I noticed the place was mostly full (around 12:30). Every woman at other tables had a stool for her handbag pulled and placed next to her, except for me. That made me feel off for the rest of the meal. We had a late start to the day so I didn’t have my coffee yet and when I asked for a cup, a woman server who only took that first order from us sort of laughed at me and said it was a funny way to start lunch or meal - something of the sort.. really upset by the experience because I was so looking forward to being there. De passage dans la région et pour l’anniversaire de madame, nous avons choisi cet établissement pour fêter cet événement. La Terrasse étant dans le complexe Cheval Blanc St. Tropez, vous êtes accueillis dès votre arrivée par un personnel accueillant et très attentionné, qui s’occuperont aussi bien de vous que de votre voiture. Lorsque nous passons le hall d’accueil, nous arrivons sur un parvis lumineux avec une très belle vue sur le golf de St Tropez. Nous avons pris nos apéros près du bar de la piscine dans de confortables fauteuil. Le repas a commencé par des mises en bouches savoureuses et originales. La suite du repas s’est très bien déroulé. Nous avons eu un enchaînement des mets avec une présentation précise (malheureusement je n’ai pu toutes les retenir pour les associés aux photos).
