The restaurants setting, exterior, and interior are absolutely magnificent. As professionals of long-standing experience in the hotel and catering industry, the 4 of us found the food and presentation on the plates we ordered ranged from first class to questionable. With the negative points, starters were overdressed with parsley and greenery. My fish starter was lacking in taste. Main course dishes were disappointing in presentation. The linquini preparation was not hot. The duck was tough. Fig sauce to sweet. The pommes frite were overcooked and soggy. The vegetable garnish dried out and was very sad with the pork. See pictures. On the positive side, the sauce on the pork was excellent. The eggs in brioche were perfect. The lemon dessert was fantastic. All in all, we feel the kitchen has room for improvement in vegetables and garnish preparation. Wine was good. Service needs to improve in service techniques. For 4 persons with tip we paid 200 Euros. A splendid setting, but we feel that the kitchen must take more time to revise garnishings, presentations, and especially with the marriage of sauces for fish startes and its garnishings.

The food was absolutely delicious. The âtartare asiatiqueâ was particularly notable. Every dish was somewhere between âon pointâ and becoming a cherished memory. While somewhat expensive, the prices felt justified and fair for what we got, both in terms of the food and the overall experience.
The service was, frankly, impressive; our waiter was serving 6 (!) tables almost on his own, but our experience was immaculate, and the wait staff never appeared to be stressed or in a rush.
On a side note, the terrace gets very hot and humid, an issue that was probably exacerbated by the ongoing heatwave. I would recommend booking a table inside, for comfort and for the experience of dining...

Concernant le service, le personnel nâest pas trĂšs souriant ni agrĂ©able. ( Je peux comprendre quâon arrive fin de saison mais il y a un minimum ). Lors de la commande des boissons, mon mari a osĂ© demander ce quâil y avait comme biĂšre, la rĂ©ponse « Vous nâavez quâĂ lire la carte, tout est notĂ©  » mais quand nous venons de nous installĂ©s, et nâavons que 4 cartes pour 11 personnes, malheureusement il nâa pas eu le temps de la consulter ! Concernant les plats, les avis sont mitigĂ©s, certains se sont rĂ©galĂ©s avec les gambas, ou encore les papardelles rossini, dâautres beaucoup moins avec des frites brĂ»lĂ©s, un carrĂ© de pomme de terre sec, de la ratatouille froide, et cuisson de la viande non respectĂ©. ( mais encore une fois, nous sommes servis sans une parole, donc difficile de savoir qui a demandĂ© quoi comme cuisson de viande ). Les desserts sont par contre trĂšs bon. Pour finir, je ne recommande pas ce restaurant avec des enfants, nous avions Ă notre table un petit de 19 mois et une fille de 8 ans. Nous les avons gardĂ©s Ă table jusquâa la fin du repas, mais forcĂ©ment au bout dâun moment, ça devient long pour eux, nous les avons donc laissĂ© sortir de table et sâamuser autour de NOTRE table, sans cris, ils sâamusaient juste Ă tourner autour de notre table. Le directeur est venu nous dire haut et fort que les enfants dĂ©rangent les autres, etc.. Un Ă©change plus discret aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©, les tables voisines, Ă©galement interpellĂ©es par sa sĂ©rĂ©nade, nous disent que les enfants ne dĂ©rangent pas du tout, et quâils trouvent Ă©galement la remarque dĂ©placĂ©e. Jâai pour habitude de faire part de mes impressions directement aux restaurants ( Ă©tant moi mĂȘme directrice dâĂ©tablissements, je prĂ©fĂšre que lâon me fasse part des remarques directement plutĂŽt que sur Google ), mais puisque le propriĂ©taire du lieu nâa pas eu la dĂ©licatesse de nous parler discrĂštement, je nâen ferais...
