McDonald's — Restaurant in Dunkirk

First of all, I am a usual McDonald's customer for more than 25 years, I have tried many McDonald's branches all over the world "USA, THAILAND, MALAYSIA, NEW ZEALAND, CANADA, SPAIN, DUBAI, BELGIUM, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE" But this branch is the worst ever, it does not deserve to be part of McDonald's organization. Their food tastes every thing but McDonald's. The fries are over cooked, the famous Big Mac is far from being Big Mac. All the other sandwiches we ordered are not tasty at all. They serve drinks, fries and chicken nuggets in plastic reusable cups and dishes wich is not healthy at all "not the usual McDonald's way of serving food". I had to clean the table my self after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to clean it. Other branches in other countries are way better than that one. I will never repeat...

Quickly stopped in this mcdonalds on our way home to the ferry port and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly and sorted out our order instantly when some of the items were missing. The place was extremely clean and you could see it was well looked after. I hate mcdonalds breakfast I find it greasy and makes me feel sick so I ordered the M&M cheese cake (it was amazing) my family all had breakfasts and I was surprised to see that it was nothing like the UK breakfasts. It was not greasy at all and both my parents commented on how much nicer the breakfast was here compared to back home. Only downside was the electronic ordering menus which were an absolute nightmare to navigate even when the language was changed to English. Other than that 100% recommend...

Single handledly the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to in the world. Had a kids play area and was staying overnight in Dunkirk and wanted a quick easy meal. This place is dirty, staff get your food wrong, even when it's ordered from a machine. It was absolute chaos. I don't speak amazing French but spoke to a member of staff in French about missing order items. She walked off and ignored me having agreed the bits missing. 15mins later I had to speak to another member of staff at the counter who kept processing one missing item at a time, even after I resorted to using Google translate to ensure it was lnt my French being the problem.
