The outside is a little "rustic" but the inside dining room is absolutely lovely. The weather was cooperating and we decided to sit outside on the "rustic" patio chairs. Our gracious waitress was quickly there to take our drink and food order. My wife ordered a glass of rose from the area and I opted for an artisanal beer of the région. Both were very good. As starters the Foie Gras terrine , which they apparently buy from a local farm, was outstanding. We also enjoyed the Ceviche in an avocado, lime, and coco marinate which was delicious. The added red pepper on top (whole and could have been discarded) added just the right amount of spice. We then shared the breast of duck with sauteed veggies and new potatoes. The duck was seared and finished off in their wood burning oven and them served with a side jus. Duck was cooked medium rare to perfection, tender, and one of the best I've ever had. Malheureusement grosse dĂ©ception. On a rĂ©servĂ© un jour Ă l'avance en prĂ©cisant qu'on mange pas de viande et qu'on vienne pour les plats Ă base de poissons. Tout semble OK. En arrivant nous avons commandĂ© nos plats et aprĂšs nous avoir servi l'entrĂ©e, la serveuse revient pour nous dire que les pommes de terre sont cuites avec de la graisse animale. On aurai bien aimĂ© le savoir Ă l'avance au moins pendant la prise de la commande sur place. Et biensur pas de geste commercial Ă la fin on a payĂ© la totalitĂ© de la note . Je mets 2 Ă©toiles pour le cadre, la gentillesse et pour l'honnĂȘtetĂ© de nous avoir informĂ© que dans le dessert il y a aussi de la gĂ©latine de porc qui est vraiment dommage Cordialement

Les bons restaurants font preuve de flexibilité pour satisfaire les clients par exemple en leur proposant des pommes de terre cuites sans lard (ce qui ne paraßt pas d'une complexité folle)
Les bons restaurants prennent les commandes des clients dans leur intĂ©gralitĂ© et sans erreur, car en plus d'une boisson manquant, le plat demandĂ© pour notre petite fille Ă©tait manquant. Des excuses en fin de repas ne suffisent pas Ă ĂȘtre un bon restaurant.
Les bons restaurants reconnaissent leur erreurs ET essayent de proposer ou offrir un petit quelque chose pour que le client ne sente pas lésé.
Au delĂ de ces erreurs et manque de flexibilitĂ©, cela aurait Ă©tĂ© honnĂȘte de reconnaitre que tout n'a pas Ă©tĂ© parfait pour notre service et de prendre en considĂ©ration pour de prochain client vĂ©gĂ©tarien ou ne mangeant...
