I recently had the chance to dine at a gem of a place tucked away in Manosque named Namaste. Walking into the restaurant. I was stepping into a feeling, a memory, a distant echo of home.

I started off with a simple starter, followed by naan and a mix vegetable curry. But what was served on the plate was far more than food but rather it was emotion, comfort, and tradition. The curry tasted exactly like something you’d find in a warm Indian kitchen on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Just the 2nd day for this new restaurant and it was spot on. I took a paneer dish (lots of veggie and vegan option) and my French partner the Thali which is totally perfect of you can't choose/want to try different things.
