Had a great day in this charming little town. So much to see. Before heading back we checked out this Patisserie, based on some good online feedback. Inside it's very modern, stylish...looking upscale. Prices are quite fair though. Ok, maybe a bit higher than average, but still fine. But: Boy, is it worth the money. On this years Road Trip through France only two Patisseries will be in our memory forever. And this is one of them. One of the very very best not only in France, no...one of the very best we've ever been.

Bought a Praline Tartelette, some mini Tartelettes, some Macaroons and a big Raspberry Macaroon. Ingredients are wonderful, great quality. A lot of flavour, a lot of love in these products. The Praliné Tartelette was amazing, never had anything similar. The small tartelettes and the macaroons were top-notch as well. But then there is the big Raspberry Macaroon. That was divine. Never had we a macaroon of this quality. Nicely baked, still has a bite, but also soft. The perfect balance. Wonderful custard. And the raspberries: oh, so sweet. And almost no seeds. Whipped cream was very nice as well, not your average can whipped cream. If you look for perfection, look no further. This is it. This is the place.
