My husband and I stumbled upon 7dup while exploring Cagnes-sur-Mer, and it turned out to be a hidden gem for authentic Tibetan cuisine!

We shared the momo mix (a delightful assortment of beef, salmon, chicken, and vegetable dumplings), which were steamed to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying.

For mains, I went with the Chowmein Boeuf, a hearty stir-fried noodle dish loaded with tender beef strips and veggies like carrots and peppers, and a savory. My husband opted for the Thukpa (beef noodle soup), which came with a rich broth, plenty of noodles, bean sprouts, and a perfectly fried egg on top—comfort food at its best!

The portions were generous. We both left feeling full and happy. Plus, it’s amazing value for money—everything was reasonably priced for the quality. The cozy atmosphere with Tibetan prayer flags added to the charm. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! 5 stars...
