I had a bad experience with the staff working there. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I wanted to go straight to the bathroom to wash my hands. The waiters greeted me and asked if I wanted to eat. I said yes, and since my partner was already seated at the table, they should have brought the menu by then. We went for lunch and both ordered the formule (€18 with verre de vin et dessert). We were given options for wine. When the bill came, we were charged €19 (€10 & €9) additional for our choices of wine as apparently the wine we ordered was not included in the formule. We were absolutely not informed of this when we ordered nor was the server apologetic when we asked about the charges. We are fluent in French so it was not a language issue. Service very poor and our concerns weren’t taken seriously because we were younger girls. Waiter forgot half our order and was indifferent, over-charged us for food and drinks that didn’t arrive and standard of food very low for the price you pay.
