We have frequented this gastronomic gem for more than a decade. The meat is from the best of the best producers in France and often barded with lard and stringed up like it used to be done many years ago, the homemade sausages and pâtés are traditional and delicious, the petit farcis and other ready to go dishes are traditional in the best way of the word. La patronne est odieuse !!! L’année dernière elle m’a indiqué ne pas prendre de chèque en règlement et m’a laissé re partir comme ça et ce jour je souhaite entree dans la charcuterie et une dame arrivée après moi passe devant moi! On lui dit qu’elle était là avant!et on ferme à clés après ! Sûrement que madame est une habituée et âgée!..... Plus facile à piéger aussi ! Plus intéressant que les touristes!
