We have frequented this gastronomic gem for more than a decade. The meat is from the best of the best producers in France and often barded with lard and stringed up like it used to be done many years ago, the homemade sausages and pùtés are traditional and delicious, the petit farcis and other ready to go dishes are traditional in the best way of the word.
