Upon entry you see a small bar and restaurant with some quirky decor and a well stocked bar, good for a simple evening meal is what you might think, but you would be wrong to over look or underestimate the chef and waitress/hostess of this magnificent hidden gem in le duex alps. The exuberant joyus waitress is smilie helpful and has excellent English skills, you can't help but smile at her wit and charm. The food is magnificent wonderful and part molecular experimentation, the presentation is beautiful, the taste exquisite and the quantity large. A table of six of us shared one pudding which was lots of different puddings and sauces that hit the spot got the end of the evening, please go and experience it yourself it's just a few small steps away from being as tasty as something Heston Blumenthal would make from scratch.

L'lgloo pub was one of our most enjoyable evenings after a long day in the slopes. We missed this place our first couple of days as the menu was only in French but feeling confident with Google translate and 2 days experience of basic French we were ready to give the place a try. After discussing the menu with one of the staff who translated some of the menu to us I decided to go with the burger of the day. Fortunately, I ordered the single size of the burger. It was ginormous. It was Cooked to perfection and the presentation was on point. The price was very reasonable at 14€. We had good vibes from this place and decided to have a few extra drinks after food and the atmosphere was excellent. The staff were up for good laugh and looked after us. I recomend this place ! 👍

Nous avons déjeuné à L’Igloo pour commencer et conclure notre séjour et nous en avons été ravis ! Un accueil très agréable malgré l’affluence et le peu d’effectif, un service irréprochable et rapide. J’ai d’abord goûté le rosti montagnard et que dire de plus à part qu’il est excellent ? Des galettes de pomme de terre ultra savoureuses avec une bonne quantité de reblochon, un steak cuit comme il faut, je n’oublierai pas ce plat, c’est sûr ! En dessert, un tiramisu bien crémeux (commandé par pure gourmandise), un des meilleurs que j’ai goûtés. À notre deuxième visite, nous nous sommes tournés vers des burgers, le Berrichon pour moi avec du chèvre et miel. Parfaitement équilibré, un vrai régal, un fromage crémeux et des frites fondantes à l’intérieur et croustillantes à l’extérieur ! Concernant les cocktails, j’ai pu goûter le mojito ainsi que le margarita, deux excellents cocktails mais j’ai eu une préférence pour le margarita qui était citronné comme je l’aime, bien acide. En somme, deux excellents repas le midi, je recommande absolument.
