Absolutely amazing food, made with local produce, executed to perfection and with imagination. I had the marinated fish trio as a starter, undescribably delicious; same can be said about the fish main course with pistacho sauce and lavender creme brulé. The local wine was also really nice. Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas les notes de ce restaurant … Cela me désole d’écrire ce commentaire mais je ne peux me retenir de partager notre expérience. Le restaurant était vide à notre arrivée et j’ai décidé de laisser une chance à une carte attrayante et un prix semblant raisonnable. Malheureusement, la qualité ne fut pas au rendez vous … beaucoup trop de « ding » de micro onde à notre goût, une sauce pistache sucrée qui ne va absolument pas avec un filet de dorade salé, et un dessert vraiment pas terrible. Seules les entrées nous ont plus.

Nous avons fait la remarque au chef, qui avait l’air très sympathique, en partant. Malheureusement le message n’est à priori pas passé … d’où ce commentaire.
