⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been traveling through France for the past three months, and my recent experience at Marseille Provence Airport was truly delightful. As I was checking in for my early morning flight, I decided to print my boarding pass and explore the airport. At around 1:30 PM, I stumbled upon the charming restaurant, Les Jardins de Sainte Victoire. The staff at this establishment were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I indulged in a delectable lamb and couscous dish, which was an exquisite African culinary delight. The restaurant maintained impeccable cleanliness, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. My glass of red wine was superb, adding to the overall enjoyment of my meal. For international travelers, it’s worth noting that the menu is available in both English and French. The restaurant boasts a beautiful, clean window that offers a pleasant view of the airport, perfect for people-watching. Additionally, there is a comfortable lounge area for those waiting for friends or family, and a nearby conference hall makes it an ideal spot for business meetings followed by a delightful dinner. Walked into a empty restaurant, was told we weren't allowed to sit on a larger table because the server couldn't be bothered to clean the table after I was finished. I then waited 15 mins for anyone to take my drink order (we grabbed menus ourselves). I then watched my drinks sit on the bar for a further 12 mins before I got up to collect them myself. During the time I spent here, 4 families and 2 couples got up and left due to nobody taking an order/incorrect orders. What looked like a manager (green trousers and waistcoat) was cleaning tables with water out of a woman's glass that had just left. I've never written a bad review about any venue, and I've been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years this place has been possibly my worst experience at a restaurant ever. As my first encounter in Marseille we were incredibly shocked by the rudeness of the waiters at this restaurant. We just came in to find our friends who already had a seat.

When we came in the waiter was very inappropriate and disrespectful, we were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable immediately when we said we were there to join a table of friends.

When we tried to address this, we were laughed at and waved away by the very aggressive/rude waiter.
