I’m from Seattle, so I know how a Starbucks should be. I rarely leave reviews but I had to here.. This is the absolute worst Starbuck’s I’ve ever been to. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff are all very rude, turn their back to customers and complain about them right in front of them. They messed up my drink and when I asked for a different one they suddenly couldn’t speak any English at all.. attitude, eyes rolls and scoffs is what I was greeted with even though I asked nicely and it’s not even coming out of their pockets. I’d advice to avoid this location, get a coffee at any other airport...
Read more04/02/2024 15:50. I ordered my usual Starbucks beverage (Grande iced white mocha). The barista made my bevarage but when I tasted it something was off, I wasn't getting any coffee taste. I went back to her to explain the situation and she told me that normally 1 espresso shot goes in it but she can add 1 more if I wanted to. The Starbucks white mocha recipe includes 2 shots of espresso... I don't know why she insisted that 1 shot is the standard recipe. For such high prices at an airport like this and a chain cafe like Starbucks I was expecting more out of it... Give your baristas a better...
