Paul — Restaurant in Istres

Whoever is managing this store needs to be replaced. My wife and I fly in and out of Marseille every two weeks, and no matter the time of day, this location is always completely empty of food. The level of mismanagement is astonishing: shelves and displays consistently bare, while far too many staff stand around unable to serve customers because there is simply nothing to sell.

It is clear that Paul's quality of service and food vary from one place to another. No consistency whatsoever. This is Planète Marseille 😂! The food display is not at its best and although I really fancied a flan, the look of flattened days old flans put me off! I had a sandwich poulet that was actually fine after a 2 hours flight ✈️ and was more apetizing and tasty than a Ryanair panini! The galette sucrée was disappointing... espresso was fine. Service was ok, not friendly...

Very very disappointed… This isn’t Paul that I’m used to. For a such “strong “ brand this place is putting down Paul. I’m a regular client of Paul, including in other countries. Paul in the Airport of Marseille just put down the expectations.
