La cantina — Restaurant in Jonzac

Showed up with 5 adults and 2 children without a booking on a Tuesday night. Was made to feel welcome by the staff.

Lovely atmosphere, nice and casual, nothing stifling.

Very reasonably priced and the quality was good as well.

There was an error with our order but the waiter noticed this as he was bringing it to the table. In the UK, most places would have pretended to not realise but the waiter brought the food to us, advised of the error and offered to change it for the right thing. This was brilliant customer service, and the replacement food was with us within minutes.

At the last minute, were so happy to find this little gem tucked away a few blocks from the center ville. The restaurant is cozy and intimate despite a little simultaneous carry-out business. The owners are very kind and accommodating, even brought water for our dog. The food was outstanding. My companion said it was one of the best cheese burgers he’s ever had; it was perfectly cooked. My pizza was made to order and so tasty with it’s delicious Sicilian crust and sumptuous cheese. They have a nice beer selection as well....

J'aurais du lire les commentaires précédents avant de commander j'aurais économisé de l'argent ! 26e a 2 pour avoir 2 ridicules burgers tout petit et des frites ou semblant de frites (pas meilleur qu'au mc do) et en plus ils nous affirme que ce sont des frites fraiches ! Quel blague Mr le 'patron' ! J'ai commandé un burger de ma composition, avec des frites. La serveuse s'est trompé sur les burger, s'en est rendu compte mais n'a pas changé notre commande. Nous avons donc du faire demi tour pour réclamer notre vraie commande.

Niveau gustatif: Le burger est clairement pas bon, reste sur le ventre et les belles photos du site ne sont pas du tout representatives du burger qui nous est servi. Les frites, les 3/4 on finit à la poubelle, immangeable, on dirait qu'elles ont été faite il y a 15 ans. Cerise sur le gâteau, un petit poil dans ma sauce cheddar (MIAM, what else?)
