What a terrible place. Arrived as a family of 5 with a 2year old and they immediately turned their noses up at us. Took 3 staff members to pass us along to eventually speak to what must have been the owner who looked us up and down and agreed to seat us. They told us they had no highchair when clearly they did as they then brought it out later. Staff blunt and rude throughout. Should have left at this point. Ordered 4 drinks and they arrived. My 2year son then started to play up before we had even had a drink and we told the staff member we would drink up and leave to save the other customers from listening to a crying baby. He refused to let us drink the drinks and said we had to eat as well. I understand the reasoning but we didn't have much choice as our child wasnt going to calm down. The location is perfect.. your sat overlooking the port and if you time it right you will watch the sun start to set and if you don’t.. it won’t matter as you will be tucking into some amazing food! We had the oysters and prawns to start followed by the tuna tartar and the steak. They do a great child’s menu of a chicken risotto and a desert. Expérience mitigée avec cet établissement. Je vous explique. Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant et avons opté pour le menu du soir à environ 25 euros. Dans l'assiette, rien à redire. Les quantités sont là, de même que les saveurs. Pour le repas, c'est 4 étoiles. Toutefois, s'agissant de l'accueil et du service, assurés par le responsable de salle (homme d'une cinquantaine d'années, grisonnant, tatoué et bedonnant), on repassera. Aucun savoir-faire et savoir-être. Pas aimable, pas chaleureux, pas souriant, limite agressif. Il nous a imposé la carte des desserts et apporté la note en même temps que les desserts. Service express. Plat à peine fini, le suivant est déjà servi. Il va vite, voire très vite, préférant passer son temps à jacasser avec les autres serveurs et le barman mais oubliant l'essentiel, le plaisir du client. Tout le long du repas, nous avons ressenti l'empressement de cette personne à fermer son établissement le plus tôt possible pour rentrer chez lui. Manque d'humanité et de professionnalisme de cette personne. Alors, Monsieur, une chose, vous n'avez pas les bonnes manières ni les bons codes et si vous n'aimez pas les gens (qui vous font vivre au passage) et la relation client, pensez à changer de voix car vous n'êtes pas à la bonne place.
