As a vegetarian, eating in Brittany is not always easy. In this restaurant, the offer is sufficiently wide-ranging without verging on excess, and the selection is refined and creative. Several vegetarian options easily find their way onto the menu, with dishes that are really well-prepared, tasty, elaborate (and not just “arranged” or adapted at the moment). From the amuse-bouche to the incredible flavoured butter varieties accompanied by different breads, each tile of the experience stimulates the appetite and curiosity. Entrées and dishes were beautiful, delicious and much appreciated (the other diner was omnivorous) and the dessert... a poem.
