La Kaz'a Demus — Restaurant in Le Marin

This place was a real 10/10 experience. We stopped by (without reservation) during our trip to Martinique and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the friendly service. Everything surpassed our expectations - the friendly welcome, thorough explanation of the menu, delicious cocktail, surprise amuse-bouche from the chef, incredible accras (best we had on the island) and even better main dish of grilled fish and creative sides.

We ate here on the first night of our holiday and the food was spectacular. Over the course of the next week, we couldn't find anywhere that matched it- so came back on our last night too. The grilled fish was so fluffy yet meaty. The homemade chips were perfectly done. And the creole starter is a great selection for sharing.
