Bistrot Kairos — Restaurant in Lille

Went there for diner, did not knew the place. As a starter I took a Mushrooms Flan with potatoes and spinach pesto. The temperature of each component was different which made an overall very balanced starter with very good heterogeneity in mouth. For the meal it was Falafel with roasted cabbage and pop corn. This mix, unexpected, was very pleasant and the variety in texture was on point. For the desert it was short bread with beetroot coulis and lemon mousse. Very balanced in sweetness that overhauled the tastes of each parts of the dessert.
